Silicon Tech Park was established with a vision to create a new generation of technology and innovation infrastructure within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor.
The project draws on extensive experience in industrial estate development, private utilities, power generation, renewable energy, water and waste management, property development and international investment.
Today, that experience is focused on creating a purpose-built environment for AI, cloud computing and hyperscale data centre development, providing the infrastructure and support international operators need to establish and grow their presence in Thailand.

Founder of NTS Steel Group and Hemaraj Land & Development, with more than 50 years of industrial development experience spanning private utilities, power generation, wastewater treatment and major industrial estates.
Sanith Adhayanasakul
Vice Chairman of Grande Asset Hotels & Property PCL and Chief Executive Officer of Property Perfect PCL, with extensive experience across major property, hospitality and residential developments in Thailand.
Npairoj Piempongsant
A Ban Chang native with more than 40 years of experience across real estate development, infrastructure, conventional and renewable energy and international business, with a particular focus on development within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor.
